What happens to my balance if my account is closed?

Pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8 and the rules and regulations issued by PAGCOR, the following individuals are not permitted to play:

A. Government officials and employees directly involved in the operation of the government or any of its agencies.
B. Members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
C. Individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age, students of any school, college, or university in the Philippines.
D. PAGCOR officials and employees.
E. Gaming site operators and employees.
F. Unregistered players.
G. Individuals who have been banned.
H. Spouses, common-law partners, children, and parents of officials and individuals mentioned in items (A), (B), and (D) above.

If your account is closed due to the aforementioned factors, deposits made by a banned person or a GEL holder shall be automatically refunded to the banned/GEL holder. All bets or transactions made using the deposit of a banned person or GEL holder shall be deemed void ab initio (void from the beginning); consequently, all winnings and losses shall be forfeited. For the purposes of this provision, the transaction shall be deemed void from the moment the player is declared a banned person or issued with GEL. A Banning Order shall automatically be issued by Winzir in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the PAGCOR - Responsible Gaming Code of the Philippines. Winzir shall be responsible for removing banned individuals from the gaming site or automatically closing their accounts.

If you have requested to close your account as part of your responsible gaming efforts, the Winzir team will thoroughly review your request to withdraw.
