Which IDs are accepted for the account verification process?

We accept the following forms of government ID for KYC verification purposes:

Passport
Driver's License
Social Security System (SSS) Card with DOB
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
Postal ID must have Photo
Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID or Digital version of PhilSys ID (ePhilID)
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
OFW ID
Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
Police Clearance Certificate or Police Clearance Card
Seaman’s Books/Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA ID)
National Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
Philhealth ID (New Version)
Firearm License (LTOPF)


For foreign customers, please submit your international passport to comply with the Philippines regulations.
