What if I do not have any of the acceptable ID's?
We highly suggest applying for an NBI clearance or Police clearance as these are easier to get as compared to other IDs. Once you have a valid ID, you may reach out and send it to our live chat support for our team to check.
If you do not have any valid primary ID from our list above, we sadly cannot verify your account yet. Valid ID’s that are not under your name cannot be accepted as well as the account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
