I did not receive SMS OTP for registration
If you are trying to register an account and you are not receiving the one-time password (OTP) that is sent to your phone via SMS, there are a few things you can try:
Check for typos: Make sure that you have entered the correct phone number when registering your account. If your Philippine mobile number is 09173122302, the correct format is 9173122302 (just remove the 0-zero).
Check for technical issues: There may be technical issues that are preventing the OTP from being sent to you. You may try to transfer to a better location with a good telecom signal.
Try using a different phone number: If you are still unable to receive the OTP, you may need to try using a different phone number for verification. This could be a phone number from a different carrier. Our SMS provider currently supports all networks/mobile numbers in the Philippines including Globe, Smart, TNT, SUN, DITO.
