Can I change my email address or mobile number?

In the event that you are requesting to change your mobile number or email address, we will conduct an account verification to check if the user is the real owner of the account.

There are two cases in this situation, please read the following for different solutions:

I still have access to my old mobile number or email address:
- We will send a one-time verification code via email or SMS. Once you have received the one-time verification code, please send it to us along with your desired new mobile number or email address.

I have lost access to both of my old mobile number or email address:
- We will be conducting a one-time videocall verification confirming that you are the owner of the account. Once confirmed, kindly provide us your desired new mobile number or email address.
