I sent funds to my account, but they have not yet been reflected in my balance. Why is this the case?

If your deposit has not yet been reflected in your balance, it may be because the payment provider has not yet confirmed the transaction. To help us verify the deposit, please provide us with the transaction ID, time, and amount of the deposit. This will allow us to check on the status of the transaction and determine why it has not yet been credited to your account.
