I have completed the payment for my deposit, but I have not yet received it. Why is the status still pending?

If your deposit is showing a pending status and is being delayed by the payment provider, this usually indicates that your bank, remittance center, or e-wallet is verifying the transaction. Once the verification process is complete and the payment provider, bank, remittance center, or e-wallet has confirmed the deposit, it will be credited to your account automatically. You can check with your bank, remittance center, or e-wallet provider for more information on the status of your deposit.

There are a few payment methods that may be subject to a pending deposit status, including Philippine banks (such as Chinabank, Landbank, Unionbank, etc.), remittance centers (such as 7-eleven, Cebuana, MLhuillier, etc.), and e-wallets (such as Gcash, Paymaya, Grabpay, etc.).

In most cases, deposits with Winzir are processed instantly. However, in some cases, the payment provider, bank, e-wallet, or remittance center may need to verify certain information in order to process the deposit. This can result in a delay, but rest assured that your funds will be credited to your account as soon as the verification process is complete.
